APNA Live has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) of any kind. This policy explains the standards we hold ourselves to, how we detect and act on violations, and how to report a concern.
Content or behavior that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits minors is strictly prohibited on APNA Live. This includes but is not limited to: sharing or requesting child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, or any attempt to solicit sexual content from or about a minor. Accounts are open only to users who confirm they are 18 years of age or older.
In-app reporting: every profile and live room has a "Report" option so any user can flag a host, guest, or piece of content directly from the app.
Human review: reports are reviewed by our moderation/admin team through an internal admin panel that logs every action taken.
Enforcement: confirmed violations result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban, removal of the offending content, and device-level blocking where applicable.
Reporting to authorities: where required by applicable law, confirmed CSAE material or activity is reported to the relevant national and regional authorities and law enforcement bodies.
