APNA Live ("we", "our", "the app") is a live audio/video social streaming app. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using APNA Live, you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Usage data	Room activity, follow/following, chat messages, basic device info for app stability

2. How We Use Your Information

To create and operate your account and public profile
To connect you to live audio/video rooms and enable real-time streaming
To process virtual gifting, coins, and diamonds within the app
To review and act on reports, bans, or partner (agency/BD) applications
To communicate with you about your account, support requests, or policy changes

3. Third-Party Services We Use

Firebase (Google) — Auth, Firestore, Storage, Cloud Functions	Login, database, file storage, backend logic
Agora.io	Real-time voice/video streaming infrastructure
Payment partners (UPI / payment gateway)	Payment processing for coin recharges

These providers process data only as needed to deliver their service to APNA Live and are bound by their own privacy and security obligations.

4. Payments

Coin recharges are paid through UPI via our payment partners. To confirm and credit a recharge, we receive the payment status, amount, transaction reference (UTR) and, where the partner provides it, the payer's name and UPI ID. If a payment needs checking, you may share a screenshot or reference with our support team. We never see or store your card number, bank password or UPI PIN. 5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We only share information:

With the third-party services listed in Section 3, strictly to operate the app
When required by law, legal process, or to protect the safety of our users
With our own team (agency/BD partners, admin) strictly for platform moderation and payout purposes, limited to what each role needs

6. Your Choices & Rights

You can edit your name, bio, and photo anytime from your profile
You can request account deletion and data removal by contacting us (see Section 8)
You can revoke camera/microphone permissions anytime from your device settings — live features will not work without them

7. Children's Privacy

APNA Live is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a minor is using the app, please contact us so we can take action.
